Return & Refund

At Arora Brand, we accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is shipped. To initiate a return, please email us at contactarorabrand@gmail.com for approval before sending the item back.

No exchanges are allowed.

We will only process a refund if the product is returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and free of any signs of use. If the item shows any signs of wear, washing, or damage, we reserve the right to deny the refund. Please allow 5-7 days for us to review your return and confirm if it qualifies for a refund. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

International Customers: Any customs or import duties charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for these additional fees.

Please note that slight imperfections, such as minor smudges or color variations, are natural due to the handmade nature of our products. Variations in print alignment are part of the unique charm of our pieces.
